For deliveries within the USA, anticipate your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Please note, for purchases made with an e-check through PayPal, shipping will occur after payment clearance.
For pre-order items, the shipping schedule is extended, as these products are specially prepared as per your request. If your order includes both pre-order and regular items, they will ship together when the pre-order is ready. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, we advise placing separate orders, which will result in additional shipping charges but will expedite the delivery of available merchandise.

If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" on the tracking information, please reach out to your local post office to address any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to correct delivery problems as they are managed solely by the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact them for any delivery-related concerns, including damage, theft, or misdeliveries.
